Half a month in to BIOY (half a month?!) and it still hasn't arrived.
I sometimes dispise the couriers at Royal Mail for the delivery of my post.

Meanwhile...
I am currently reading a book called 'eat. pray. love.'
Now, I'm not too far into it and this isn't necessarily a review but I just wanted to share my thoughts on a certain section of this book...
The first part I liked was the author (Liz) is describing her views of God and tells of how she feels excited when others express their views of Him.
One line that struck me was God is an experience of supreme love.
It makes me think of when we talk about God's unconditional love; that is supreme. The highest. The best.
The next part links to an experience I had at Soul.
Liz is praying to God for the first time and long story short she is asking Him to help her. She ends up crying for quite a while and abruptly stops, and she feels everything around her is still. Liz then hears a voice, a voice she describes as: my own voice, speaking from within my own self. The voice tells Liz to 'go back to bed'. She says that this made so much sense, she believed this voice much more than a booming voice from above answering the hypothetical question of 'To be or not to be'. She says that true wisdom gives the only possible answer at any given time. And at 3 in the morning the best answer would be to go back to bed.
It makes me think, maybe when God spoke 'breathe' to me, He wasn't giving me some sort of coded message that I had to sit and ponder on. Maybe He was just giving the only possible answer at that given time. Maybe He is biding His time, waiting for the right moment to tell me what He wants to tell me.
I really needed to post that, I have a feeling I may have more posts relating to this book in times to come.
